My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, complete with a full equipped kitchenette, a cozy living area with an HD Cable LED Screen, and most importantly, a spotless and comfortable bed and bath. It was great for our large family, but there was some noise from the restaurant until 11:00 pm. The hotel even had its own purified water refiller, A/C, fridge, decent size bathroom with towels and soap provided, lockers, and gorgeous furniture.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and helpful staff, but some areas could be improved such as the dining options. The location provides a quiet retreat outside the busy Playa del Carmen. The facilities are spacious and modern, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

The hostel vibe with bunk beds added a unique touch, but the smell in the rooms was not pleasant. On the other hand, the service was top-notch, creating a sense of oasis during my stay.
